About The Heyde Eye Center...

From Medical care for Cataracts, Glaucoma, Diabetes and many other issues to Routine Vision Exams, we can help you protect your vision for a lifetime!  Our physicians are Board Certified with decades of experience so you can be sure you are receiving the highest quality of care for your vision. 

 

Dr. Raymond Heyde is a nationally recognized Ophthalmologist and eye surgeon who has travelled throughout the country teaching advanced techniques of small incision and no-stitch surgery.  He is board certified, a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow in the American Acedemy of Ohthalmology and in the American Medical Association.  Dr. Heyde received his degree from the University of Iowa with honors, interned at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia and continued his specialty training in ophthalmology at the Jules Stein Eye Institue-UCLA Medical Center in Las Angeles.  He has been practicing in Peoria, Illinois for over 20 years.

 

Dr. William Fish is a board certified Optometrist, a member of the Illinois Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.  He has been practicing in central Illinois for 20 years.  Dr. Fish received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry.  He interned at Veterans Adminnistration Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. 

 

Our team of Technicians and Office staff are warm, friendly, effectively trained and always available to help with your questions from appointments and eye care to billing and insurance.  While nothing is ever a guarantee when it comes to insurance coverage, we can help you navigate the steps to make sure you have as much information as possible when scheduling surgeries or procedures.  Contact us with any questions you may have.  We are ready to help and make this a positive experience for you.
